Scope Of Work
The “Citywide Area Maintenance” project we perform on behalf of NYCEDC involves the inspection, maintenance, repair, cleaning, sanitation, strip & wax, and minor construction of buildings, lots, sidewalks, ferry landings, and public spaces. Specifically, we handle 15 property locations, 18 ferry landings, clearing and fencing vacant lots, street cleaning, facade/street painting, graffiti removal, homeless encampment debris removal, sidewalk replacement, cleaning out and/or sealing up City-owned buildings, landscaping, minor concrete work, installations/repairs and carpentry. It also involves snow removal, vehicle mechanical, electrical/plumbing/building mechanical, or anything else City Hall requires of NYCEDC, and thus us. We track metrics and inventory for them as well.
