Scope Of Work
Klēn Space provides industrial post-construction final cleaning services for the RSW Terminal Expansion project covering 350,000 square feet in 58 phased cleaning mobilizations. In addition, we provide twice weekly janitorial services to the on-site construction facilities. This work commenced in 2021 and will continue until April 2025. In addition, we own and lease street sweeping vehicles to keep the airport tarmac free from construction debris. This is a three year contract.
