Gina Farese is a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. She was
raised in the construction industry, watching her father run his
roofing business, whose father was also in construction while her
father was growing up. Gina graduated high school at 16 years old and
went straight to college, earning her BS in Finance at the age of only
19 years old. She spent the ages of 18-19 working in Investment
Banking on Wall Street and soon realized it was not for her. She then
got involved in her father's construction business and taught herself
the business from the ground up, starting with ripping roofs, cleaning
up sites, and doing whatever it took to learn every aspect of the
business so she could one day be the most effective business owner she
could be. Gina finds the problems in her industry and builds
businesses around creating solutions. MGM Construction Services is
only one of Gina's business ventures. Finally, Gina is on the Board of
Directors of Long Island Builders Institute and is an Executive Member
of the Remodeler's Council, as well as the Chair of Nassau County's
Home Industry Board.
