We will definitely be patterning up with Premier Takeoffs & Estimating for future projects. Todd and the team at Premier takeoffs did an awesome job at completing an estimation request with an aggressive turnaround time. Their work was spot on and required no revisions from our CM team. Additionally one of the few companies that offers errors and omissions insurance/policy.

I enjoy working with Premier. We're learning more about each other as we continue to work together. I'll continue to reach out for estimates in the last half of this year and into 2025. I've been wrapped up in bigger design-build projects and this DB team has a different estimator. I'll get back to estimating with Premier as this project starts construction in August.
