We specialize in 3D VR Residential & Commercial Matterport photography. The main use for this application is to have a permanent, 360 VR record of a construction project. Most GC's bring us in the day they start a major renovation, or right before the mechanical inspection. For an example of what this looks like, please see one of our existing scans:

The other application is for architechs and GC's as well.The 3D scan we generate can create BIM, E57 or XYZ files that can be utilized with Revit, Autocad, Autodesk or other architectural apps. With Matterport, you can generate a BIM file at the fraction of the conventional cost of surveying and as-built documentation. Your team can focus on securing more jobs instead of being stalled by documenting site survey notes. Additionally, .RVT and .DWG (floor plan or reflected ceiling) files can also be generated with a Matterport scan.
