Scope Of Work
A new 12,000-SF office addition for Contech Stormwater Solutions, located in Scarborough, was constructed in two phases.
The first phase added 7,000 SF of office and research and development space, and the second phase included a 5,000-SF addition. The expansion allowed for additional office space, a modified receiving area, cafeteria and meeting space, and added a server room and storage for the Information Technology Department.
With brick siding and new window placement, the construction also modernized the look of the building.
