Scope Of Work
AlliedCook served as Construction Manager for this new four-story, 87-room luxury hotel, Portland’s only AAA 4-Diamond Hotel.
AlliedCook later completed a 17,000-SF annex addition to the hotel, a five-story contemporary steel and glass structure, between the existing hotel and a historic brick building on the corner of Fore and Cross Streets.
The hotel is constructed on top of an existing downtown parking structure.
