Scope Of Work

Description of Work:  Fiore & Sons, Inc. provided civil contracting services for the Flatiron Meadows - Erie Parkway Improvement Plans. The project included full site package including:

• dewatering
• demolition
• traffic control and management including temporary lane shifts
• erosion control measures
• earthwork and grading (import/export, cut/fill, fine grading, subbase and aggregates)
• regional pond earthwork
• erosion control
• demolition
• storm and all other work
• concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk ramps, asphalt/concrete paving
• Sanitary sewer
• Storm and Waterline construction
• landscaping and irrigation
• relocation of power, gas and telecommunications
• traffic signalization (power, conduit, lights, arms, etc.) 
• signage and striping

The project scope also included: Erie Parkway Additions – 12” C900 water mainline, lowering with casing, testing, 45 bends, gate valves and new service taps. Stanley Earth Berm – import/build Earth Berm.  Camp Irrigation Piping – 10” SDR, bends and tie-in.  Camp/Stanley Driveway – 18” RCP.  42” RCP – 72” Diameter manholes added to alleviate conflicts.  8” SDR35 Under Drain Extension – 8” SDR 35 PVC and bends. Xcel feeder excavation/protection/backfill.  Stanley Xcel Conduits/Service – (2) Conduits to transformer & pedestal at Berm, raise existing well, sanitary manholes along with listed punch list items.
