Summit Construction Co., Inc. is a full service construction company providing project programming, project management, scheduling, estimating, construction management, general construction, and design-build expertise with our key focus being client satisfaction.

Summit Construction was incorporated April 8, 1983.  The company has evolved from an interior renovation company with annual gross sales of $250,000 to one of the more capable General Contractor/Construction Managers (GC/CM) in Central Indiana.  Over the years, Summit has consistently grown to now performing construction services with annual sales volume of around $50 million.

As a General Contractor we have the ability to perform some of the demolition, excavation, backfill, concrete, reinforcing steel, finish carpentry and specialty items with our own forces when in the best interest of the Owner.

Approximately 50% of our volume is in the Healthcare sector.  The rest of our volume is in a variety of sectors including Institutional, Community, Senior Living, Multi-Family/Mixed-Use, & Industrial.
