Project Description:

Remodel of existing store to Autohaus corprate identity. Ranger Construction will provide all necessary construction management services to include scheduling, budget analysis, subcontractor prequalification, project coordination procurement and material tracking.

 

Sitework & Utilities:

• Demo of existing storefront entry
• demo of exiting storage area and bathroom at front of building
• demo of (1) existing interior office
• demo of exterior side structures
• demo landscaping
• Sanitary sewer - cut and cap
• Domestic water - cut and cap
• Lighting electrial

Onsite Concrete Work:

• Concrete cutting and slab removal
• Concrete cutting for new electrical at reception desk
• Concrete cutting for demolition of TV in lounge
• Remove footing at buttress North and South
• Pour back electrical trenches
• Install new slab at entrance area
• Install (10) new footings for canopy
• Minor sidewalk and curb
• Handicap striping & Signage

Structural Steel:

• Install (10) new Autohaus columns
• Structural stell attachments
• Metal decking and joists for new canopy
• New beams & columns @ entry portal

Thermal & Moisture:

• Cap sheet polyester reinforced roof system
• Sheet metal @ new canopy

Door & Windows:

• Vistawall series curtain wall to match existing
• Interior storefront in clear anodized
• Vistawall front swinging doors & hardware
• Fill in two panels at each side of building

Finishes:

• Sheetrock tape and texture
• Painting of entire interior first floor showroom area and coffee bar
• Painting of service area & accent squares
• Painting of service advisors office's
• Painting of exterior columns & canopy
• Painting of (1) vehicle lift
• Painting of accent strip in service area
• Granite accent tiles at entry
• Granite to match existing in showroom area
• Granite base to match existing
• Tile flooring in service advisors offices
• Carpet in sales offices
• Remodel reception desh & parts counter

Sprinkler:

• Install sprinkler heads under canopy & portal
• Install sprinkler head in new entry portal

Electrical:

• Autohaus standard lights under new canopy
• Low voltage work
• Electrical safe off & demo
