VINCENT S. NATIVO, RA, AIA, LEED-AP
Vincent S., known as “little Vinny”, was a second generation to join Nativo, LLC in 1997. As an active partner in the company, Vincent is in charge of all field operations within the company. Working with experienced field supervisors and dedicated project managers, Vincent is able to closely monitor compliance with the construction documents as well as the architect’s intent and vision.
With over twenty-five years of experience in the design and construction industry, Vincent has the ability to successfully coordinate projects with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors while maintaining the project’s overall budget and schedule.
Vincent attended Pratt Institute where he studied architecture and received a Bachelor of Architecture degree, with honors, in 1996. In 2005, Vinny obtained his architectural license and is registered to practice architecture in the state of New York and New Jersey. In 2008, Vinny became Green Advantage Certified and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Vincent is a current member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA – Brooklyn, NY Chapter), and is an actively involved with the Rotary Club of Verrazano, a charitable organization dedicated to providing life saving surgeries to children with congenital heart disease.
