“The Design - Build Concept” There are many companies that offer design-build services but their design is not by an architect on staff who follows through as the builder on the construction phase of a project.            

  Richard Bachman is a licensed architect and a licensed builder in the State of Georgia.  He has been president of the Gainesville/Hall County Home Builders Association twice.  He was honored as the “2009 Builder of the Year” by the Association.  He is also vice-chairman of the City of Gainesville Historic Preservation Committee. 

  As architects and builders we can take your project ideas and formulate a design on the computer. We can visually show you what your project is going to look like and make revisions or changes quickly on the computer. We can communicate with you by email by sending floor plans, elevations or perspectives of a design project for your review and comments as we proceed on a design. 

  Bachman & Associates have been the architect and builder on new construction (residential and light commercial), additions and renovations on many projects over our 36 years of being in business. We have served our clients as just the architect and also just the builder on many projects.
