Scope Of Work
The new 21,000 square foot Applied Underwriters facility, located in Olive Branch, MS allows the company to meet not only the needs to their current operations but will also allow for future expansion. The $5.6 million dollar building has an open floor plan with cubicle work stations in the center portion of the building with high clear stories including long rows of storefront to allow natural light to illuminate the building. The additional storefront in the clerestory will allow the Owner to utilize less energy to power their lighting package and reduce operating costs and these windows are facing easterly in an effort to reduce heat gain. The building will also have a backup generator system to keep the Owner operating in the event of power outages.
