Our History

Since 1909, C.M. Mockbee Co. has gained a reputation for quality threaded products and outstanding on-time service. Mockbee’s manufacturing capabilities include custom threaded products such as anchor bolts, sag rods and turnbuckle assemblies. The company went from manufacturing with a few Landis cut-threading machines to expanding its manufacturing capabilities utilizing new high-speed roll threading machines.  This has allowed Mockbee the ability to increase production capacity and establish a national presence.

In addition to the manufacturing of custom threaded products, C.M. Mockbee expanded its product offerings by distributing structural fasteners, hoists, wire ropes, eyebolts, turnbuckles, shackles, chains, and other lifting and rigging supplies.

In 2007, under the direction of new ownership, C.M. Mockbee began to offer services to implement customized energy-efficient lighting solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.  Additionally, C.M. Mockbee initiated a Vendor-Managed Inventory Program to develop state-of-the-art applications and supply chain solutions.

Most recently, in 2015 C.M. Mockbee became a master distributor for a unique company called Go Fan Yourself.  C.M. Mockbee can now offer its customers the complete line of industry-leading large diameter and directional fans from Go Fan Yourself (GFY).  Mockbee’s access to factory direct pricing and technical support creates yet another unique value proposition for its customers.
