CSI ranks as one of the largest precast concrete manufacturing facilities in the Northeast. Their 25-acre Hudson, New Hampshire site includes more than 104,000 square feet of product and administrative office space with an additional 60,000 square foot building dedicated to the "Building Division" manufacturing facility in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
Concrete Systems, Inc. with its corporate headquarters in New England covers a National precast building marketplace. Convenience of building delivery is enhanced through CSI's facilities located in Hudson and Londonderry, New Hampshire. These facilities enable fast and economical delivery to virtually any site location in North America.
The fastest growing and most exciting product line at CSI has been the development of its custom-built, "Turn-Key" precast concrete buildings. Designed and engineered with a unique construction system of 5000 psi steel reinforced concrete in each modular component, the building systems are popular for their low maintenance and virtually indestructible construction.
CSI's family of buildings includes the MICRO8 series, MICRO10 series, the MICRO12 series, and MOD21 series. Professionally designed by CSI engineers to meet all zoning and code requirements, the architectural fluted fin finish adds aesthetic appeal to this maintenance-free, vandal resistant building. Cast in modular sections, these buildings can be completely outfitted prior to delivery with a number of customizing features that include a full electrical package, heating, ventilation and air conditioning package, alarms and fire protection, custom interior finish work or plumbing. The unique monolithic design also provides maximum security and all weather protection. All fasteners, brackets, hangers and hardware used in the building systems are selected for durability and corrosion resistance. Upon delivery to an easily prepared site, buildings can be completely functional in one to two days. Throughout the manufacturing procedure of each unit, CSI conducts an extensive quality assurance program in order to meet all customer requirements including on-site delivery and operational set-up.
Able to accommodate an ever-broadening base of users, these structures have been carefully engineered to provide a wide array of expandable sizes to meet any customer's needs. The unique modular concept allows for future building expansion and compartmentalization without sacrificing structural integrity.
CSI is the largest manufacturer of precast concrete modular buildings and supplies this product to some of the largest communication companies in the world. These unique buildings have made their most substantial impact in the communications markets where their use as Communications Shelters has become well known. CSI anticipates enormous growth potential as the utilities, military, commercial, industrial, public, and construction markets continue to discover the versatility, economy, and durability of the CSI modular building system.
The entire Concrete Systems, Inc. organization is an example of success in both marketing and manufacturing through relentless attention to innovation, automation, quality control, and versatility. Their management adaptability to present day economies may be the single key to CSI's growth and prosperity.
