Columbia Construction Company is a third generation, Boston-based ConstructionManagement company. We have accomplished steady and thoughtful growth since Sam Lilly founded the company in 1925.

Guided by principal level involvement, our risk management process is based on providing appropriate project staffing levels, employee education, the selection of quality subcontractors, and collaboration. Most of our projects include an extensive preconstruction period, enabling the identification of potential risks and the thorough dissection of project parameters. The development and implementation of an integrated project schedule and project specific construction management plan ensure that risks are either minimized or eliminated.
