Scope Of Work
The Charles River Community Health Center (formerly Joseph M. Smith Community Health) consolidates several facilities and meets the demand for affordable and quality health services in the surrounding neighborhoods.
The two-story state-of-the-art facility contains a pharmacy, dental, optometry, community health counseling, primary care, and pediatric care spaces. The building features a double-height entry lobby that serves as a patient waiting area and information hub. Administration areas are centralized on the ground floor to increase operational efficiency.
