Scope Of Work
In 2003, a façade restoration was undertaken. This work included the removal and replacement of the existing lintels, storefront glazing and doors, as well as repairs to the break masonry and terracotta coping. Following a tornado in March, 2008, Lusk & Company was engaged as the General Contract to manage the repairs and restoration of the buildings’ damage and worked with the insurance company during the claims recovery process.
