Scope Of Work
JE Dunn Construction provided preconstruction and Construction Management-at-Riskservices for the Law Enforcement Center and Administration Building Expansion in Williams County, North Dakota.
The project included a 34,000 SF addition to inmate housing and 6,000 SF addition to law enforcement offices. The 18,000 SF courthouse and 8,000 SF of the existing jail and office space were remodeled. 12,000 SF of enclosed parking was added. The project included concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, doors and windows, finishes, specialty correctional/security facility systems, as well as mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, site work, and landscaping. Following completion, JE Dunn worked with the county on commissioning and transition services.
