Scope Of Work
This project was the complete renovation of a 20,000 sq. ft. existing interior space.
Scope: All work was performed while the hospital remained occupied and functioning. Selective demolition. Construction of interior partitions. Structural modifications. All new interior finishes including custom casework and millwork. Installation of new plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical.
This building is currently used as an endoscope surgical day care center.
