Ocean Builders, Inc. offers a full range of professional services including program management, pre-construction, construction and consulting services.  Delivery methods include the traditional lump sum fixed price, design/build, construction management,  and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) formats.  Professional services and contractual agreements are creative and flexible to accommodate the individual needs  of each client.
