Scope Of Work

Ocean Builders has completed construction of the Urgent Care Veterinary Clinic at 291 Quincy Avenue in Quincy, Massachusetts.  This location is a state-of-the-art animal care facility featuring an emergency care center, additional exam rooms for wellness care, and a digital radiology facility constructed with lead lined walls and doors. All flooring materials were hypoallergenic certified. This 4,000 sq ft project required full interior demolition and reconstruction of walls, concrete floor removals and replacement  for underslab plumbing, A new  veterinarian certified HVAC ducted system,  new  handicap bathrooms , and laboratory analysis space with oxygen drops, network wiring, computer system, new ceilings and lighting. The space was fast-track constructed in 5 months to accommodate the clients need.
