Scope Of Work
The project is located in Canal Winchester, Ohio—at the intersection of Gender Road and Waterloo Road. Positioned adjacent to the new Wal-Mart Super Center, this small retail center is destined for success. The building’s shell is constructed of brick, stucco and cast stone water-table and accents. The roof is sheathed with shingles and a parapet will hide the HVAC units positioned on roof. Beautiful towers positioned around the building create a dimensional look to the roof-line. A drive-thru isle and a small area for out-door seating; makes the Starbucks Coffee Shop a destination all day long! Various decorative lights complete the exterior design of this new center—definitely one to be proud of.
