Scope Of Work
This new retail center was designed to architecturally match the building just to the north of it, also developed and owned by Charlie Vince. This neighboring building is the home to Northstar Café as well as Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream! This intent to have both buildings match was carried through not only by materials and color, but also architecture… clear down to the breezeway that connects the parking in the rear to the business entrances in on High Street! As tenants filled in, Hot-Chicken Takeover became the anchor tenant on the south end. The center quickly filled in and is a busy destination for the neighbors in close proximity. O’Brien was hired at the beginning of the project to work closely with Architectural Alliance to ensure that the budget was in check during design. Not only was the budget maintained, O’Brien Robinson delivered the building to the Owner $100,000 under budget!
