Scope Of Work
This comfortable community based Church is located in Hilliard on Leap Road just south of Cemetery Road. Following an interview process with the Selection Committee, O’Brien Robinson was selected to as the Construction Manager/GC to work with Church and Architect to provide scheduling, estimating, value engineering, and constructability review.
O’Brien Robinson will provide construction services for the addition and renovation. Building materials for the addition include brick exterior, stone water-table, asphalt shingles. The new addition and renovation will commence in July of 2008 and be complete in January/February of 2009.
