Scope Of Work
This project is located in Powell, Ohio with frontage on the heavily traveled West Olentangy Street. O’Brien Robinson constructed this project for developer Tim Reardon. This retail building is slab on grade construction with steel support and a wood truss roof system. There is a parapet on the roof where the air handling units are located. The exterior of the building is primarily stone and wood siding. The construction of the site included the removal of a few large trees to open way for the 35 space parking lot and the building itself. There are approximately 4 tenants in this building, including Handles Ice Cream located in the front.
