Scope Of Work
This project is located on Polaris Parkway just east of Interstate 71 at the intersection of Polaris Parkway and Orion Place. We were awarded this project following a “hard-bid” and then worked with the Owner to Value Engineer some items and make minor modifications to the drawings. The scope of the project included shell construction of the building with additional overhang for drive thru banking. Construction was slab on grade, with metal stud exterior walls, steel beam line and columns down “middle” of building and an all wood truss roof. The exterior of the building is all brick and synthetic stone with wood trim. Sitework included the demolition of the existing parking lot, structures and hard surfaces, new sanitary, storm, water and gas, concrete flatwork, landscaping, asphalt, etc. This project was a success and is the newest location for Bonefish Grill in Columbus.
