Scope Of Work
This beautiful retail building is located on Powell Road, just east of the Sawmill Road intersection. The architecture creates a look showcases each individual tenant while delivering 4-sided architecture. The primary materials used in the shell construction of this center are: various cast stone products, hardy-plank board, brick, wood and detailed storefront glass system. The roofing materials, depending on the location, include standing seam, asphalt shingle and EDPM. Decorative panels, pergolas, and half round oversized gutters and downspouts tie things together. An underground detention system is located under the parking lot. The landscaping was completed by the Owners company Scioto Landscape and includes many different types of plants, fencing and decorative elements. O’Brien Robinson bid against several local general contractors to earn the right to complete this project with the Owner.
