Scope Of Work
St. Brigid of Kildare Church is one of the premier Catholic Churches in Ohio located in Dublin on Avery Road. Following three successful projects totaling more than $6.0 million, O’Brien Robinson was selected to work with St. Brigid and the Architect, Sullivan Bruck, to design, estimate and construct an addition to the main sanctuary at the church. Construction began in November of 2009 with completion in December 2010. There were 5 different areas of the church that were expanded taking the seating capacity to nearly 1,500. This was done by removing the east and west transepts and adding on to each end of the Church. Additional improvements were made to the interior of the Church adding to the existing beauty and size. Now complete, St. Brigid has the seating capacity it needs to serve the Dublin community. The project was completed using a “cost plus—open book concept”.
