Scope Of Work
Following the construction of the Pastoral Center and the remodel of Enke Hall, O’Brien Robinson was given the opportunity to provide services to construct the new 13,710 sq/ft Gymnasium. The scope of the project included demolition of the existing gymnasium and constructing the new. Materials for Gymnasium addition/expansion include pre-engineered metal building, with stucco exterior panels. Standing seam metal roof, extensive HVAC and mechanical systems, hardwood gymnasium floor, stage, bleachers, storage, locker rooms and other ancillary spaces for usage. All members of the O’Brien Robinson Team worked closely with the Building Committee and the Church/School to keep communications strong during pre-construction and construction. O’Brien Robinson was involved from the beginning of the project to insure schedule and cost control during the project.
