Scope Of Work
Delivered through a design-assist partnership, Pepper completed the core-and-shell construction and first-floor buildout of The Boler Company’s new eight-story, 181,000 s.f. corporate headquarters. The building includes four stories of parking and four stories of office space, while the exterior envelope consists of a glass curtain wall with metal panels. A museum featuring antique automobiles is also incorporated on the building’s first floor.
