Andrew Richardson's Bio
Math has always come easy for Andy — his instant recall of every iteration of the bid process makes him the go-to guy on bid day. A New York native, he started framing apartments in Houston when Celanese transferred his dad to the Baytown plant. Coincidentally, Andy’s first industrial project was for Celanese (after his dad retired) and, although heavily involved in all of Brookstone’s markets, he continues to satisfy the needs of industrial plants near the Houston Ship Channel.
In the 1970s construction boom, Andy gained extensive experience in commercial projects and cultivated his comprehensive understanding of how to plan and sequence construction. Today, he continues to thrive on the challenges of tough projects. Clients appreciate not only his vast experience, but also his responsiveness, creativity and solution-oriented approach.
Andy serves on the Advisory Council of Aldine Independent School District’s Career and Technical Education program, helping high school students prepare for the workplace.

Jeramy Moffitt, LEED AP's Bio
From an early age, Jeramy took an interest in construction. Assembling erector sets, building forts in the woods, and later tagging along with his uncles to help with electrical and plumbing work; he was always headed toward a career in construction. As Chief Estimator, Jeramy continues to build, but now the structures and building components are put together in his head as he generates estimates and contracts that set up the project team for actual construction.
Jeramy started out working in the field, managing projects, and then transitioned into estimating where he worked his way into his current leadership role. He prides himself in anticipating and planning what projects require to be successful.
He looks for ways to constantly improve preconstruction services and interactions between the parties involved. Jeramy enjoys being involved with projects as they develop from conceptual ideas on paper to finished building structures that facilitate various functions for our community.
Jeremy Stovall's Bio
An affinity for buildings runs deep in Jeremy’s blood — his grandfather was a construction superintendent and his uncle is an architect. Growing up in a small Northeast Texas town as the son of a Baptist minister spurred his interest in community work. Brookstone offers Jeremy the opportunity to jointly pursue his two passions by building community-centered facilities for non-profits, churches and educational institutions.
He genuinely connects with clients representing all project types, seeking to understand each organization’s core mission and how the mission is supported by staff, volunteers and community members. He delivers functional buildings that are cost-effective to maintain and adapt to changing needs. Jeremy also explores new delivery methods, such as design-build, to help organizations achieve the quality they seek for the budget and schedule they require.
A former committee chair for the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention, Jeremy is helping the start-up Cypress Campus of Houston’s First Baptist Church to establish roots.
Max Montegut, LEED AP's Bio
Max has always been intrigued with how things work. As a kid, he constantly took apart and reassembled just about anything with parts. After-school jobs in high school as a car mechanic reinforced his innate analytical abilities and furthered his problem-solving skills.
Early immersion into large-scale construction projects honed Max’s aptitude in maintaining complex schedules with constantly moving parts. He built a major Texas Medical Center parking garage expansion just two years out of college; managed new construction and renovation of casinos in the Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Northwest; oversaw complete new hospitals; and completed 8,000 hospitality units encompassing hotels, multi-family housing and high-rise condominiums.
This advanced insight into construction means, methods and materials allows Max to serve as a company-wide resource in moving projects forward. If downpours halt construction for a week, he helps formulate plans to get projects back on track. Max also lends his expertise to the Greater Houston YMCA, serving on its facilities committee.
Ryan Busking's Bio
Ryan grew up in an entrepreneurial family but was not satisfied by joining the family business. He was always fascinated by building and architecture so knew early on that construction was the where he would end up. Utilizing profits from his high school lawn mowing business, he financed and built several spec homes during college (by the way, he is our resident Oklahoma Sooner.) After graduating, he switched to the commercial market where his entrepreneurial spirit continues to be utilized.
Drawing on experience from wide variety of market sectors, project sizes, and leadership roles Ryan provides value to a project from pursuit to completion. He has a solid reputation in the Houston market for being fair, honest and building collaborative teams.
Outside of work, he is an active pilot that enjoys visiting family and friends throughout the Midwest, although he is happy to now call Houston home.
Steve Dishman's Bio
Perhaps his father’s background as a World War II flight engineer influenced Steve’s fascination with movement. He loves to motorcycle, hike and bike; completed more than 400 skydiving jumps in college; and holds multiple pilot ratings. At Brookstone, he applies this affinity for motion by constantly looking at other industries for ideas to improve training, education and mentoring — programs that advance our employees’ management skills.
Steve uses a multi-faceted approach to developing internal and external project teams. He puts the right Brookstone team together to match the project’s complexity and the personalities of key players. He proactively assists the design team and owner to address risk, avoid potential problems and set expectations for successful project delivery.
Active for decades in the Associated General Contractors, Steve has helped direct the course of legislative action to benefit the built environment. He is a strong advocate for raising the profile of craft workers to assure a sustainable construction workforce.
