MLL Concrete Construction

Tim has been in the concrete construction industry for over 45 years. For the past 38 years, he has been part of the construction community in Colorado. For 19 years, Tim worked for Tarco, Inc. as Manager of their concrete division. Seeking a new challenge, Tim started MLL, Inc. in 1999 with the intent of becoming a go-to Subcontractor in the concrete industry. After aligning MLL with several large General Contractors, MLL focused on creating fair and reasonable solutions to the ever-changing construction industry. MLL, Inc. is proud of developing a can-do attitude, with a focus on being on time and on budget.

Steve started with MLL in April of 2018. He has been in the Civil, Land Development industry for over 30 years. Steve’s experience includes Civil Design, Construction Surveying, Development Review, Construction Management, and Inspections. Steve works well under pressure, has good communication skills and deals with problems as they arise. His attitude and flexibility allows him to succeed at any challenge put in front of him.

William began his career as a Project Engineer with an industrial group based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL after achieving his Civil and Environmental Engineering degree at the Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. After the completion of various projects with the group, William continued his career with another company in environmental remediation. During his tenure, he was assigned to projects that were contracted through the Department of Energy as well as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. William decided to become established and focus on his personal and professional goals thus making Denver his home. Due to his strong work ethic, William is now the newest member of the MLL family as an Estimator/Project Manager.

Rafael has been with MLL, Inc. since the company was founded in 1999. As one of MLL’s first employees, Rafael has been an integral part of developing our field staff and providing new and innovative ways of building concrete structures. By focusing on communication and job preparation, Rafael has managed a large variety of projects ranging from several thousand to several million dollars over the course of his career.

Stewart started with MLL in 2013 and had been an asset to the company since he joined.  He is skilled in all aspects of concrete management.  Stewart’s experience includes Labor, Concrete Finisher/Setter, Foreman, On-site Project Supervisor/Manger and Superintendent.  Stewart is an excellent leader handling all stages of the project from conception to completion.  His dedication to MLL is shown though his innovation in concrete structure development.
