Scope Of Work
FRE Resources served as the Design-Build Contractor for this 40,174 SF facility for ACCENT Marketing Services. This customer service center
houses 320 agents. Despite client requests to change the original scope
of the project midway through the construction period, FRE was able to meet original schedule expectations. FRE created a phased occupancy
plan allowing agents to take soft calls prior to the actual opening of the
call floor. This fast-track timeline also utilized FRE's national vendor
network to access necessary equipment within an expedited timeframe.
A state-of-the-art fire suppression system was installed in the data center, which in the case of a fire will help to minimize damage to the technology heart of the center.
