Scope Of Work
Fre Resources served as the General Contractor for this 75,000 SF facility for T-Mobile. This customer service center houses 600 agents and was completed in ten weeks. The FRE team implemented several unique design features including natural light through clerestory windows, under-floor power distribution and modular cabling, and 18” raised access floor throughout the space. FRE also placed the HVAC units on overhead equipment rails for easy maintenance.
