Scope Of Work
FRE Resources served as the general contractor for this 195,000 SF facility for Verizon Wireless. This customer service center houses 1647 agents and was completed in 40 weeks. The aggressive project schedule required FRE to completely rework the existing structure during construction of the TI work. The FRE team was able to overcome this challenge by utilizing proper manpower scheduling as to not cause any unnecessary interference between the trades. A unique feature of this site is the twin curtain wall entries on either side of the Main Entry.
