Scope Of Work
FRE Resources served as the general contractor for this 40,000 SF facility for Walgreens. This customer service center houses 252 agents and was completed in 20 weeks. The aggressive project schedule required FRE to schedule work to the building so that other building tenants were not disturbed. The FRE team was able to overcome this challenge by utilizing adjustable work hours to limit any disruption to the buildings. A unique feature of this site is the clean pharmacy room installation.
