Scope Of Work

     This project involves the construction of a new ground up Christian Brothers Auto repair/maintenance shop in Nicholasville, Kentucky. 

     The site involves clearing & grubbing, erosion control, excavation, utilities, storm sewer, concrete & asphalt paving, striping, concrete sidewalks, stamped concrete at front entrance, concrete curb & gutter, concrete dumpster approach, block and brick veneer masonry dumpster walls, landscape & irrigation (irrigation is design build).

     The building includes concrete foundations, slab, framed walls with stone, brick veneer, thin brick, and precast concrete water table & wall caps, steel brick lentils, steel deck ladder, wood trusses, shingle roof, small membrane roof, insulation, storefront, tile on restroom walls & tile flooring, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
