Scope Of Work
Located on the south side of the Midwestern University, Glendale, campus, along with other Midwestern University Clinics that see and treat the general public; the Companion Animal Clinic is a 111,444 s.f., three-story building.
This veterinarian facility is a model of modern animal medicine in its efficiency and beautiful interior design. The main entrance and lobby is adorned with beautiful cherry wood treatments, original artwork and terrazzo floors with depictions of companion animals. The building houses state of the art technology, surgical and x-ray suites, its own pharmacy, aqua therapy, expansive triage area, individual exam rooms, innumerous kennels, two dog runs, a bereavement room and garden, a multiple station surgical lab for spay and neuter, four expansive teaching labs, offices and conference rooms, and facilities capable of housing, transporting and treating animals from the smallest to the equine and bovine size.
