New banquet hall, kitchen and bathroom addition
Integration of the new addition with the existing 1920's italian style mansion
Incorporation of interior and exterior architectural features of the existing mansion in the new pavilion
Load bearing masonry construction
Steam to hot water conversion of the existing mansion heating system
Replace the existing mansion windows with new aluminum clad wood windows with replication of original 1920 window features
