Scope Of Work
Designed for an inspired Bellevue. A 25-story, 540,000 SF office tower, The Eight creates a welcoming public space in the heart of downtown that encourages a richer experience for companies and tenants alike.
Embracing native landscapes found across Washington State, the activated plaza along NE 8th street features 10,000 SF of retail including a 1,000 SF standalone pavilion to engage the neighborhood.
