Marriott Wardman Park Hotel
Phased renovation and expansion of an occupied hotel, including:
• Soft goods renovation and fire alarm upgrades of the historic, 205-room Wardman Tower.
• Demolition/reconstruction of a 30,000 SF ballroom space equipped to hold 4,000 people.
• Demolition/reconstruction of three meeting rooms and a prefunction area, totaling 32,000 SF.
• Cosmetic/electrical upgrades of a 100,000 SF exhibition hall.
• Renovation and expansion of the lobby.
• Equipment, startup and commissioning.
• Eight state suites capable of holding 100-150 people per suite.
