Scope Of Work
The project involves construction of a new 162,000 SF warehouse building on one level.
Warehouse is a pre-engineered metal building with masonry walls, metal roof system, and concrete slab on grade. The building includes a pharmacy, food service, bakery, deli, hearing center and optical along with retail space. Sitework included 18 acres of landscaped parking lot and two storm water detention ponds onsite and grading, utilities, paving, and sidewalks offsite.
The fuel facility consisted of eight fuel dispenser islands, under-ground fuel storage tanks, concrete slabs and footings, canopy system, controller enclosure and miscellaneous site improvements.
