Scope Of Work
Meridian Creek Middle School was constructed on a new, city-zoned, 15 acre site, just south of a pending Frog Pond housing development.
All 15 acres drain to a retention pond that contains over 14,000 plants. These plants, along with 18 inches of soil media, filter the water directly into a wetland on the west end of the site. The 102,000 square foot and beautifully designed building was constructed completely out of wood timbers and glulam beams. The two-story classroom wing features a modern and picturesque library as its focal point. This new school project features standard, quality components such as new parking lots, concrete sidewalks, custom benches, playground equipment, etc. but also includes a new high school grade track and field with all of the latest equipment and features.
