Scope Of Work
The Edward W. Brooke Charter School (Brooke) opened its renovated Mattapan facility in October, 2014. This major renovation project rehabilitated a civic center into an elementary charter school. The original 1911 wood frame building and a 1960 one-story plus addition underwent a gut renovation including the replacement of all systems.
Amanti performed the HVAC system portion of this project.
