Scope Of Work
This project involves the new construction of a 226,000 sq ft, 1340 student middle school in Peabody, MA. The school project includes a 500-seat auditorium, 500-seat cafeteria, gymnasium, classrooms and administration spaces. The new school is being constructed adjacent to the existing middle school in the location of the current ball fields. The existing 232,000 sq ft middle school is remaining fully occupied during construction until the new building is complete. The adjacent boiler plant is remaining in place and operational until the new building is occupied. The existing school building will be abated and demolished, commencing in the summer of 2016, and replaced with new playing fields.
Amanti is performing the plumbing and HVAC portion of this new construction.
