Scope Of Work
The New Penn Brook Elementary School project consists of the construction of a new 98,000 sq ft elementary school for 720 students, first through sixth grade. The new construction project is adjacent to the existing Penn Brook Elementary School in Georgetown, MA. The program for the new school includes a new kitchen, a combined cafeteria/auditorium, gymnasium, art and music classrooms and special educational classrooms as well as general education classrooms.
Construction began in November, 2013, and the official Penn Brook groundbreaking ceremony took place in February of 2014. The project’s environment and energy conservation features are logged on the US Green Building Council, LEED Directory. Completion is expected to occur in Spring of 2015.
Amanti is performing the HVAC portion of the Penn Brook School project.
