Scope Of Work
Woodwinds is another sample that Wadman is no stranger to the complexities of building high end resorts! The 3-story wood framed structures house 28 condominium units. Lower levels contain a garage, family living space and a laundry room. The main level holds 1-2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living space, dining area and a full bath. Topping it all off is a luxurious master suite with a fireplace. Wood shingles, high end millwork, exposed wood features, and stone finishes complete the look of this mountain retreat.
