Scope Of Work
The Pole Zero project consisted of a design/build addition/expansion to their existing 20,000 square foot building. The new 53,000 square foot production facility enabled Pole Zero to increase their capacity for product production.
The structure is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a fully conditioned space with 10 packaged air handling units. The connection to the existing facility features an overbuild to accommodate imposed snowloads from the new building addition.
