Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the construction of seven new buildings with an underground parking garage on a 32 acre campus. Our scope of work included a new 23 KV electrical service for the main campus, a new 5KV electrical service for the adjoining patio home complex, a new emergency generator / distribution system, nurse call systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, patient wandering systems, telecommunications systems, building lighting and dimming systems, sound systems, video systems and site lighting.
The seven buildings in our contracted scope included the following:
1) 2-seven story condominium towers housing 222 condominiums.
2) A commons building containing a Bistro, a large restaurant, private dinning area, multipurpose room, a bar, a billiard room, library, theater, the campus kitchen, general lobby, card rooms, maintenance offices, and offices for daily operations.
3) A Wellness Center containing an indoor pool with hot tub, beauty salon and barber shop.
4) A 3 story 63 bed Health Facility.
5) A 3 story 60 unit Assisted Living building.
6) A 20 bed Memory Support building.
All of these buildings were connected by a continuous underground service tunnel system.
